  • 1 cup unroasted whole almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons tamari (or Bragg liquid aminos)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Vorbereitung
  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and toss together.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
  3. Makes about 3 ½ – 4 cups.
